  • A discussion of potential changes to our restrictive covenants and we seek your feedback on several key topics including the process to amend our restrictive covenants, our current covenants enforcement process, and potential future covenants changes. No voting is being conducted. This is just a discussion with no changes to the covenants.

• Community Center Project [Vote Proposed]

  • The idea of a newly designed and (re)constructed community center (previously known as pool house) is being discussed. We also have the opportunity to have an outside architecture design firm create design idea renderings that will give us the vision for what the community center can look like. This is a discussion and if we want to move forward, there is a cost for this design of $8,750 in two phase payments. A vote to hire a design firm is planned for the upcoming HOA meeting.

• Pool Enhancement Project & Revenue Opportunity [Vote Proposed]

  • It has been discussed how we can extend pool hours for our members of the pool. A few ideas were discussed with one of them being the purchase of a pool heater that will allow the pool to be heated during cold months, chilled during hot months, and allow us to work on a schedule to extend the season. We would like to share these ideas with the members. If it is something of interest to move forward, a vote to approve would be brought up at this meeting.
