With the new digital transition of our accounting system, HOA dues invoices will be generated electronically and sent to the email address we have on file beginning December 1, 2024.

If we do not have your email address, an invoice will not be sent and you will be responsible for paying your HOA Dues for 2025 due January 1, 2025.

This is a courtesy fee reminder according to ARTICLE VI, SECTION 1 of the NPEA Bylaws. By reading this message, you have been hereby notified. 

NOTE: We are not required to mail a courtesy fee reminder but have provided this notification via this website, signage, and other digital media as a courtesy reminder.

You can pay your annual HOA dues in one of three ways…

1. Mail a check for $100 (or any additional amount owed if you have a past due balance) to Post Office Box 654, Summerville, SC 29484
2. Drop payment amount in the mailbox near the marquee sign on Lee Street for $100 (or any additional amount owed if you have a past due balance).
3. Request an invoice below and pay your HOA Dues electronically online using the convenient link on your invoice that will be emailed to you.
   
   

If you feel that you have not received your 2025 HOA Dues invoice, please provide your name, street address, and email address below and your invoice will be generated and sent to you.
