This is your annual HOA membership that is due every year beginning January 1st. You should begin receiving your invoice in December allowing you the opportunity to pay for your HOA membership earlier than January 1st.
This does include a $10 late fee. There is a $5 per month late fee assessed each month after January 31, 2024. The schedule is as follows:
February 2024 – $5 late fee
March – 2024 – $10 late fee
April 2024 – $15 late fee
May 2024 – $20 late fee
June 2024 – $25 late fee
July 2024 – $30 late fee
August 2024 – $35 late fee
September 2024 – $40 late fee
October 2024 – $45 late fee
November 2024 – $50 late fee
December 2024 – $55 late fee
Please note that these HOA dues are for 2023 only. If you owe past dues, please contact your board of directors at board@npeasc.com to make arrangements for payment.
