2023 Newington Plantation Info Book
The Association has updated the green Newington information booklet that was distributed to the neighborhood in 2006. This new version, titled “2023 Newington Plantation Info Book,” is available for viewing or downloading in the Documents Library (located at the Home Owners Tab). It is an excellent neighborhood resource for residents and prospective home buyers.

Paying HOA Dues
If you haven’t paid your NPEA dues, you can obtain payment information by contacting our treasurer, Jennifer Roberts, or our financial manager, Mike Gobin.

The approved Newington mail post is available from Berlin Myers Lumber for $383 plus tax. However, if you want to purchase one directly from a Newington resident who makes them, contact Mark Bacher at 843-810-8443.
